ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

AUGUST 20, 2009

6:00P.M. Called Meeting to order. Present: Paula B. Keefe, Ellen Abelson,

                Richard Gorden and Mark Mazur

1. The Board approved three FY 2010 Preliminary Tax Adjustments

    under M.G.L. Chapter 59, Section 57C. Two were for personal

    property accounts and one was for a parcel of real estate.

2. The Administrative Assessor presented FY 2010 sales ratio studies

    for the Board to examine.

3. The Administrative Assessor explained to the Board that he planned

    to increase the Excess Building Lot price for FY 2010 to $100,000.

4. The Board discussed the interviews for the Senior Clerk position

    that are scheduled for later this evening. The Board is planning to

    conduct five interviews between 6:30P.M. and 8:30P.M.
